1. Scope of the Policy

EHLA Holdings Pty Ltd ATF HLA Unit Trust
Grant & Brady Partnership (MHLG Pty Ltd ATF MLG Investment Trust & JANAEL Pty Ltd ATF JaNaEl Investment Trust & Grant & Brady Pty Ltd ATF Brady Family Trust)
Lever Accountants Pty Ltd ATF Lever Accountants Trust
Lever Group (Warwick) Pty Ltd ATF Lever Group (Warwick) Trust
Lever AP Solutions Pty Ltd Lever AP Solutions Pty Ltd ATF Lever AP Solutions Trust.
Any engagements, transactions, or correspondence via this site are conducted with these entities as the legally recognized merchants for services provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
• If a service is cancelled by Lumos Advisory and/or it’s legal entities listed above before it commences.
• If an overpayment is identified.
• If work has commenced, a partial refund maybe permitted less work in progress costs to date.
3. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
• If services have been provided in full as per the Engagement Letter.
• For dissatisfaction arising from client delays or failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner.
• For change-of-mind cancellations after work has commenced.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
• Submit a written request to complaints@lumosadvisory.com.au, including the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days.
5. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
