1. Competition Details

Promoter: Lumos Advisory

Competition Title: Guess the Number of Baubles

Entry Period: Entries open at 12:00 AM AEDT on 1 December 2025 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 25 December 2025.

Entry Method: Email entries only to the specified competition email address: count@lumosadvisory.com.au

Entries Deadline: Entries received after 11:59 PM AEDT on 25 December 2025 will not be accepted. The date and time of receipt will be determined by the email server timestamp.

2. Eligibility

· You must be a resident of Australia at the time of entry.

· You must be 18 years of age or older.

· Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lumos Advisory are not eligible to enter.

· Entries must be submitted in your own name and represent your genuine guess.

3. How to Enter

1. Guess the total number of baubles in the specified display.

2. Include your name, email address, and phone number with your entry.

3. Submit your entry via email to the address specified by Lumos Advisory.

4. Each person may submit only one entry.

5. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. If multiple entries are submitted from the same email address, only the first entry received will be considered.

4. Prize

· Prize Description: A $50 voucher (specific retailer or format to be confirmed).

· Number of Winners: Two (2) winners will be selected.

· Prize Distribution: The closest two entries to the actual number of baubles will each receive a $50 voucher.

In the event of a tie (multiple entries equally close to the correct number), Lumos Advisory reserves the right to select winners using its absolute discretion as outlined in Section 7.

5. Winner Selection

· Winners will be determined by comparing entries to the actual bauble count.

· The two entries with guesses closest to the actual number will win.

· Lumos Advisory will announce the actual bauble count and the names of the winners by 25 January 2026.

· Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry.

6. Claiming the Prize

· Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days to confirm their details and accept the prize.

· Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize, at Lumos Advisory’s discretion.

· The prize will be delivered as specified by Lumos Advisory.

· Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Lumos Advisory’s Discretion

Lumos Advisory reserves absolute discretion to:

· Determine the authenticity and validity of all entries.

· Disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

· Declare a winner void if the entry is found to be ineligible.

· In the event of a tie or dispute, select the winners using its absolute discretion, which may include additional judging criteria or methods determined solely by Lumos Advisory.

· Verify any information provided in an entry.

· Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control prevent it from proceeding.

This discretion is final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

8. Data Privacy

· Entry details (name, email, phone number) will be collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

· Personal information will be used only to administer this competition and notify winners.

· Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

· After the competition concludes, personal information will be securely retained for a reasonable period and then destroyed.

9. No Warranty or Liability

· This competition is provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee.

· Lumos Advisory excludes all liability (including indirect, consequential, or incidental loss) arising from:

– Participation in the competition

– Delivery or use of the prize

– Technical failures or errors in the entry system

– Any disputes regarding winner selection

· To the extent permitted by law, Lumos Advisory’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize.

10. Compliance with Australian Law

· This competition is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and state and territory trade promotion regulations.

· By entering, participants acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

· These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Lumos Advisory regarding this competition.

11. Dispute Resolution

· Any disputes arising from this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

· If a participant is not satisfied with the outcome or has a complaint, they should contact Lumos Advisory in writing, and Lumos Advisory will endeavour to resolve the matter in good faith.

12. Modification of Terms

Lumos Advisory reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to entrants prior to the entry deadline where reasonably practicable. Continued participation in the competition after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
